Andrew Eldridge is the holder of an Enhanced CRB certificate which can be made available for any studio client - educational establishment - health care or other agencies requiring the use of CRBs to see in person.

The sites are maintained for your personal use and viewing only. The access and use of Andrew Eldridge and sister sites featuring these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use the website.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting via this website any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, likely to give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order lawfully requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials on this website.

Portrait Sessions

• An unspecified amount of portraits are taken at any complimentary portrait session from which you can order any suitable product from any of the images taken.
• A minimum of 20 portrait images (subject allowing) with no upper limit are taken at all paid for portrait sessions from which you can order any suitable product from any of the images taken.
• Our sessions are done without obligation to buy anything beyond the up front session costs and or a pre-agreed order as per stated within a particular product/portrait option promotion.
• All additional orders will be paid for at the time of orderPrint Sizes up to A4 are produced on top quality Glossy Kodak Professional Thermal papers.
• Print Sizes up to A4 are generally produced on site and if time allows within the allotted session slot you may be able to take your prints home on the day.
• Andrew Eldridge will make every effort barring equipment failure in the time allotted but cannot guarantee same day production.
• Larger sizes including Canvas wraps and Photo Gifts are produced off site and can be delivered direct to an address of your choice.
• My studio time limited and is therefore valuable and so in order to minimise time loss, all portrait options are paid for at the time of booking.
• Cancellation:- Once a booking has been made there can be no refund as the diary time has been allocated to you and other commissions for that time slot will have been turned away! If notice is given for reason of illness or a genuine problem that you need to cancel the date and you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will not lose your session fee and will be offered an alternative slot. If notice is given after the due appointment any offer to provide an alternative slot will be soley at the discretion of the studio and if provided may be subjected a minimum order being placed on that alternative session.
• During any session you may invite other family members to take part by prior arrangement. I will quite happily produce family pictures for you that can include the following: Baby - Brothers Sisters - Mums Dads - Grand Parents - Aunties Uncles - Cousins - God Parents. Other than your originally agreed portrait option, all additional pictures taken are completely without obligation and you are totally free to purchase any of the ones you like.

Portrait Vouchers

• A valid portrait voucher can be accepted towards any standard portrait session.
• Vouchers are non exchangeable and non refundable.
• Only Validated Vouchers will be accepted and only the named recipient of the voucher will be able to redeem them.
• The recipient is required to contact the studio within 30 days of the agreed voucher validation date to arrange an appointment.
• The appointment does not have to take place immediately but the studio cannot guarantee print prices will remain as they were at the time the voucher was purchased.
• A minimum of 20 portrait images with no upper limit are taken at all pre-paid voucher portrait sessions from which you can order any suitable product from any of the images taken up to the value of the voucher.
• Voucher holders can top up there value with extra payments for further prints or products.
• Our voucher sessions are done without obligation to buy anything beyond the the value of the voucher.
• All additional orders will be paid for at the time of order

Fantasy imaging

• All fantasy images are produced in good faith and in booking for this service you shall grant the photographer artistic licence to produce an individual image for you.
• Up to two hours is allocated for the image to be created including any tweaks that you wish to have! If your demands are greater then each additional hour will be charged out at the price as stated on the product option page.
• Each one is produced in a similar style from a photographic image provide by the client or from one of our own professional images.
• Fantasy images in themselves cannot be rejected on the grounds of not liking the image.
• If the product that the fantasy image is printed upon proves to be faulty you can reject the product and have it replaced with a new copy.
• If a product is replaced the fantasy image will be the same as the original.

Image Uploading

• Orders will not be processed without a verifiable validated order number
• You must use the same email address as per your shopping cart order.
• All images must be provided in jpeg format.
• Any cropping that is required for this product we will be done on a best fit basis to suit the format and will be done totally at our operators discretion.
• In general any cropping required will be done equally from each edge.
• If you are not happy with this then please crop your own image to the proportions of the print you have ordered using your photo editing software before uploading.
• Please note sizes are nominal and that there may be a small amount of natural cropping during product creation.
• It is advisable not to have important detail on the very edges of the image.

Art Sales

• All art work printed on either on Canvas, Print or other products are produced individually to order and can take 21 to 28 days but may arrive sooner.
• Once a piece of art has been ordered there is no right to reject the order unless it arrives damaged, in which case it will be replaced.
• If the product proves to be faulty you can also reject the product and have it replaced with a new copy.
• If a product is replaced the image will be the same as the original.

Reporting Damage or Faulty Goods

• If a product is delivered damaged you have the right not to accept it at point of delivery.
• If you have refused to accept delivery because of parcel damage please notify us immediately.
• If you do accept a damaged parcel; you must provide a description of the parcel damage, which must be signed by the carrier, proving that the damage occurred prior to delivery and you should take a photograph of the damage to the parcel (preferably with a ruler to show scale of damage).
• If upon opening your parcel the goods prove to be damaged or faulty you should immediately take a photograph of the problem and then contact us to report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
• You MUST NOT send any goods back under any circumstances whatsoever, until you have been given authorisation and a returns address.
• Returned Goods are NOT accepted at head office and you will be provided with an address for returning them to our manufacturing source, once liability has been accepted.
• We cannot be held liable for return postage which therefore is your own responsibility.
